Arrêté fédéral concernant la garantie de la Constitution révisée du canton de Genève
du 15 mars 2007
L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 18 octobre 20062, arrête:
Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée aux art. 47, al. 1, 49, al. 1, 50, al. 6, et 74, al. 1, de la Constitution du canton de Genève, acceptés en votation populaire le 25 novembre 2005, et à son art. 141, à l’exception de la clause de laïcité de l’al. 3.
Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
