Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à la Constitution du canton de Bâle-Ville

du 28 septembre 2006

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 24 mai 20062, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée à la Constitution du canton de Bâle-Ville, acceptée lors de la votation populaire du 30 octobre 2005.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
