Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

An opposition was filed against a trademark registration based on a prior international registration for similar goods. The defending party was excluded from the proceedings. The opposition was declared well-founded because the marks were deemed confusingly similar for goods in the same class, leading to a partial refusal of the challenged registration. The court ordered the defendant to pay costs and fees to the opposing party.
