Arrêté fédéral relatif au financement de la Société suisse de crédit hôtelier durant la période de 2003 à 2007 du 18 juin 2003

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 15, al. 1, de la loi fédérale du 20 juin 2003 sur l’encouragement du crédit au secteur de l’hébergement2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 20 septembre 20023, arrête:

Art. 1 Un crédit d’engagement maximum de 100 millions de francs est octroyé pour financer la Société suisse de crédit hôtelier durant la période de 2003 à 2007.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas soumis au référendum.
