Appeal Struck Due to Repeal of Contested Resolution
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAA legal challenge was brought against a state council's approval of a regional development plan; however, the court noted that the state council subsequently approved a revised regional development plan, which explicitly repealed the previously contested resolution, thereby rendering the original appeal moot. The court notified the appellant that the appeal would be struck from the record without costs or recompense, and since the appellant failed to submit any observations within the allotted time, the court formally decreed the striking of the appeal from the rolls without imposing taxes, expenses, or assigning recoverable costs.
