Appeal of Regulatory Plan Struck as Moot Following Revision
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAA party filed an appeal on August 9, 1991, challenging the State Council's approval of a municipality's regulatory plan, but the appeal became moot because the State Council subsequently approved a revised regulatory plan on February 5, 2002, which explicitly repealed the previously contested decision. Following notification that the appeal would be struck from the docket without costs or compensation unless objections were filed within thirty days, and receiving no response from the appellants within the allotted time, the court decreed the appeal to be struck from the record, awarding no costs or compensation.
