Sintesi Legislator

Generato dall'IA

The defendant was accused of serious negligent bodily harm for negligently injuring another person by using an angle grinder from which the safety guard had been intentionally removed, causing the tool to slip during a cut and strike the victim, resulting in injuries. Despite the prosecution seeking a fine with a suspended sentence, the court ultimately acquitted the defendant of the charge of serious negligent bodily harm, reclassifying the offense to simple negligent bodily harm, and subsequently acquitted the defendant entirely of the charge described in the accusation decree, with the costs of the proceedings being borne by the State.
