This article was cited in the initial section summarizing the charges, but is implicitly covered by the orders regarding the fine and suspension of the sentence (Art. 34 segg. CP and Art. 42 segg. CP were cited in the text, but the dispositive explicitly cites the outcome of the penalty calculation).
This provision relates to the basis for the pecuniary penalty imposed in order 2.1.
This provision concerns the suspension of the sentence executed in order 2.1.1.
This provision was cited in the initial decree to set the penalty alternative for non-payment of the fine, but since the final verdict did not impose a fine with this alternative in the dispositive, it is considered excluded based on the strict inclusion rule for the final orders.
While cited in the initial section, no specific order explicitly references LTG articles for costs or procedural matters outside of the final allocation.
