Tax Assessment Recalculation Following Withdrawn Appeal
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn independent business manager initially declared minimal self-employment income for the 1995/96 tax period, leading the tax authority to assess the income based on expenditure, setting it at CHF 37,000 and later reducing it to CHF 34,000 after an initial objection. The taxpayer subsequently appealed this assessment, arguing that their living expenses were covered by family and friends, but after the court initiated an inspection of the business accounting records and the inspector's report was received, the taxpayer formally withdrew the appeal, resulting in the court striking the appeal from the roll without imposing court fees or costs.

in fatto ed in diritto
