Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAA party filed an appeal challenging a municipal decision that awarded sanitation works for a general site renovation to a specific contractor based on bid evaluation criteria that included an apprentice component. Before the administrative court could rule, the originally awarded contractor withdrew its acceptance due to a transcription error in its submission affecting the apprentice criterion, leading the commissioning authority to conduct a new deliberation and award the contract to the appellant. Consequently, the court ruled the appeal moot, striking the case from the rolls without costs or fees for the appellant, but ordered the commissioning authority, which bore the responsibility for verifying bids, to pay the appellant's costs for the proceedings.
