richiamato il

decreto DA __________/__________ del __________ 2003, mediante il quale gli è

stata inflitta una multa di fr. 1'200.--;

rilevato che

la multa non è stata pagata e che ogni tentativo di incasso è risultato

infruttuoso;

considerato pertanto

che occorre procedere alla commutazione della multa inflitta, in ragione di un

giorno di arresto ogni fr. 30.-- di multa, ma al massimo novanta giorni;

richiamati gli
