Appeal Suspension with Limited Execution Permitted
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn appellant filed a recourse against a decision and simultaneously requested a suspensive effect for that appeal. The authority, acting as the supervisory body under relevant execution and bankruptcy laws, granted the request for a suspensive effect, meaning the appeal would halt the immediate effect of the underlying decision. However, the order explicitly permitted execution acts and measures to proceed until the final decision on the appeal is rendered, and directed notification of both the appeal and this order to the involved parties through the competent execution or bankruptcy office.
