visto il ricorso annesso;

preso atto della domanda volta all'ottenimento dell'effetto sospensivo;

richiamati gli art. 36 LEF, 10 e 24a LPR

ordina:

1. Al ricorso è concesso effetto sospensivo nel senso che deve essere pignorato l'importo eccedente fr. 3'800.-- al mese.

2. Notificazione alle parti con il ricorso a cura dell'UEF di Locarno.
