Appeal Regarding Rental Income Distribution in Bankruptcy Struck as Moot
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn appellant challenged the special bankruptcy administration's failure to distribute CHF 33,880.95 in rental income from a property to the appellant, who was a mortgage creditor. The court found that the special administration subsequently complied with the demand, communicating that the rental income calculation had been sent and the payment had been made to the creditor. Therefore, because the complained-of delayed act had been completed, the appeal was deemed to have lost its object and was struck from the roll.
