Reinstatement of Objection Deadline in Enforcement Proceedings
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAThe appellate court addressed a request to reinstate the deadline for filing an objection to an enforcement order, citing the rule that a term set for the benefit of the enforcing party may be waived by them. The court ordered the enforcing party to declare within ten days whether they admitted the debtor's opposition to the enforcement order; silence would constitute tacit admission, and until a decision was made on the reinstatement request, no enforcement measures could be taken.
