AO 1 (patrocinato RA 1 );
visto l'appello del 6 ottobre 2006 presentato da AP 1 contro la sentenza del
25 settembre 2006 con cui il Pretore del Distretto di Lugano, sezione 6, ha parzialmente accolto una sua istanza a protezione dell'unione coniugale, negandole tuttavia ogni contributo alimentare;
ricordato che l'11 ottobre 2006 l'appellante è stata invitata a depositare entro venerdì
3 novembre 2006, a titolo di anticipo per le spese giudiziarie presunte, la somma di fr. 450.– sul conto corrente postale 69-10370-9 del Tribunale di appello, introiti agiti, con l'avvertenza che, decorso infruttuoso il termine, l'appello sarebbe stato stralciato dai ruoli (art. 312 cpv. 2 CPC);
accertato che nessun versamento risulta essere intervenuto finora, né l'appellante consta avere chiesto un'eventuale restituzione del termine (art. 137 CPC);
ritenuto che nelle circostanze descritte l'appello sfugge a qualsiasi esame;
considerato che gli oneri processuali vanno a carico di chi li ha provocati, ma che la tassa di giustizia dev'essere adeguatamente ridotta, la procedura di appello terminando senza sentenza (art. 25 cpv. 2 con rinvio all'art. 21 LTG);
stabilito che non si giustifica di attribuire ripetibili alla controparte, cui l'appello non è stato intimato;
richiamato l'art. 12 cpv. 1 LTG,
decreta: 1. L'appello è stralciato dai ruoli per mancato versamento dell'anticipo.
2. Gli oneri processuali, consistenti in:
