Appeal Dismissed Upon Withdrawal Following Agreement on Ancillary Separation Effects
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn appeal challenging a lower court's provisional order regarding spousal and child support contributions was dismissed upon the appellant's withdrawal, which followed the parties reaching an agreement on the ancillary effects of their indefinite separation. The court, recognizing the withdrawal as a termination of the appeal procedure and noting the parties' agreement to equally share the judicial costs, ordered the matter struck from the rolls, allocated the reduced court fee and expenses equally between the parties, and compensated for legal costs.
