Il Giudice della Pretura penale Claudio Rotanzi

Richiamata l'opposizione 25 maggio 2004 di

ACCU 1 difeso da: DI 1

interposta al decreto d’accusa n. DA 1716/2004 di data 17 maggio 2004 del AINQ 1 considerato che con scritto 3/8 novembre 2004 l'accusato,per il tramite del proprio difensore, ha dichiarato di ritirare la suddetta opposizione;

richiamato l'art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP;

decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa diventa esecutivo.

§ l'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.

3. La tassa di giustizia di fr. 30.-- e le spese in complessivi fr.30.-- relative al presente procedimento sono a carico dell'opponente.
