Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAA lower court convicted an individual for violating the law concerning the residence and domicile of foreigners, sentencing the person to 40 days of suspended detention, a three-year expulsion order, and court costs. The defense counsel filed a declaration of appeal on January 16, 2004, against the motivated sentence which was served on January 26, 2004; however, because the grounds for the appeal were not submitted within the statutory twenty-day period following the notification of the written judgment, the court ruled that the appeal was time-barred and the original sentence was final, with no further fees or costs levied.
