Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The appellant filed a complaint challenging a tax assessment but failed to meet the formal requirements for initiating a court proceeding, specifically regarding the object and grounds of the appeal, leading the court to issue a deadline extension with a warning of non-admittance. Despite subsequent correspondence raising concerns about the impartiality of the presiding judge and requests for a new assignment, the appellant ultimately failed to submit a legally compliant appeal or a valid recusal motion within the final, non-extendable deadline. Consequently, the court ruled that it could not proceed with the case because the initial submission did not meet the statutory criteria for a formal appeal, as outlined in the relevant administrative procedural law, and the appellant abandoned any procedural challenges by failing to act on the provided opportunities.

This is a placeholder for the actual cost provision cited in the dispositive. Since the dispositive explicitly states 'Es werden keine Kosten erhoben' (No costs are levied) without citing a specific article in the text provided, I must rely only on explicit citations. However, examining the text again: Order 2 states 'Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.' If no article is explicitly cited in the dispositive for costs, none can be included based on the strict rules.

Urteil vom 14. Oktober 2025 mitgeteilt am 16. Oktober 2025

Referenz VR2 25 56

Instanz Zweite verwaltungsrechtliche Kammer

Besetzung Aebli, Vorsitz

Parteien A.________ Beschwerdeführer

gegen

Steuerverwaltung des Kantons Graubünden Beschwerdegegnerin

Gegenstand Steuerveranlagung In Erwägung,

– dass A.________ in seinem Schreiben vom 10.

1. Auf die Beschwerde vom 23. Juli 2025 wird nicht eingetreten.

2. Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3. [Rechtsmittelbelehrung]

4. [Mitteilung]
