Applicant Fitness for Placement and Daily Allowances
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe applicant appealed a decision by the Cantonal Employment Office (OCE) that deemed her unfit for placement because she lacked childcare, a decision upheld upon objection. During the court proceedings, the applicant confirmed having an alternative childcare solution, leading the OCE to agree that the applicant was fit for placement starting June 1, 2009, which would also mark the beginning of her right to daily allowances. The Cantonal Social Insurance Court formally ratified this agreement between the parties, declaring the applicant fit for placement retroactively to the agreed-upon date.
