Attendu en fait que par décision du 18 mars 2021, l’office de l’assurance-invalidité (ciaprès : OAI) a réclamé à Monsieur A______ (ci-après : l’assuré) le remboursement de CHF 7'053.- ; Que par écriture du 3 mai 2021, le Service de protection de l’adulte (SPAd) a interjeté recours contre cette décision ; Qu’invité à se déterminer, l’intimé, dans sa réponse du 28 juin 2021, a conclu au rejet du recours en s’en rapportant à la détermination du 28 juin 2021 de la caisse cantonale genevoise de compensation ; Que par écriture du 3 août 2021, le SPAd a déclaré retirer le recours ; Qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.

PAR CES MOTIFS, LA CHAMBRE DES ASSURANCES SOCIALES :

1. Prend acte du retrait du recours.

2. Raye la cause du rôle.
