Attendu en fait que par décision du 4 mars 2021, annulant et remplaçant une décision précédente du 18 novembre 2020, l’office de l’assurance-invalidité (ci-après : OAI) a réclamé à Madame A______ (ci-après : l’assurée), le remboursement de CHF 17'089.- ;

Que par écriture du 22 avril 2021, l’assurée a interjeté recours contre cette décision ;

Qu’invité à se déterminer, l’intimé, dans sa réponse du 20 mai 2021, a conclu au rejet du recours ;

Que par écriture du 30 juillet 2021, l’assurée a indiqué le retirer ;

Qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.
