Student Contribution Obligation Challenge
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe appellant challenged a decision by the cantonal compensation fund demanding payment of a student personal contribution, prompting the fund to issue a subsequent decision on opposition that exempted the appellant from any contribution for the year 2002. The court declined to rule on the matter, reasoning that the applicable law requires that decisions first be challenged via an administrative appeal (opposition) to the insurer who issued them, and since the fund had already issued a decision on that opposition, the judicial court could not entertain the case at that preliminary stage.

En la cause
Madame S__________ · recourante

Attendu que par décision du 14 octobre 2003, la Caisse cantonale genevoise de compensation (ci-après la Caisse) a réclamé à Madame S__________ le paiement de la cotisation personnelle d’étudiant ;
