Insured's Withdrawal of Appeal Against Family Allowance Fund Decision
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe case involves an appeal filed by an insured against a decision on opposition rendered by the family allowance fund for non-gainfully employed persons on March 7, 2014; however, the insured subsequently submitted a letter on April 26, 2014, explicitly requesting the withdrawal of her appeal, stating she never intended to contest the initial decision. The court determined that it had jurisdiction over the dispute according to the relevant federal and cantonal laws governing family allowances, but ultimately ruled that under the procedural code, the withdrawal of an appeal terminates the proceedings, therefore accepting the withdrawal and striking the case from the record, declaring the procedure free of charge.
