Généré par l'IACited as the legal basis for concluding that the withdrawal of the appeal terminates the procedure, which is taken into account in the operative part.
The procedure is declared free of charge based on the principle applied in the reasoning, even though the article itself is not explicitly cited in the dispositive orders 1, 2, or 3. However, the reasoning states: 'Que, pour le surplus, la procédure est gratuite.' Since no specific cost article (like Art. 105 LTF, which is often used for cost decisions in the absence of other grounds) is explicitly mentioned in the dispositive orders 1, 2, or 3, I must rely strictly on the rule: Include only if explicitly cited in the dispositive. The dispositive says: '3. Dit que la procédure est gratuite'. Since no article number accompanies this statement in the dispositive, no provision can be extracted under the 'Costs or legal aid' category based on the strict rule.
