Vu la décision sur opposition du SERVICE DES PRESTATIONS COMPLÉMENTAIRES (ci-après : le SPC) du 1er mars 2019 rejetant les oppositions formées par le Service de protection de l'adulte, au nom et pour le compte de Madame A______ (ci-après : la recourante), respectivement les 7 et 19 novembres 2018 contre les décisions de prestations complémentaires à l'AVS des 5 octobre 2018 portant sur la période du 1er au 31 octobre 2018, et 12 novembre 2018 portant sur la période du 1er au 30 novembre 2018 ;

Vu le recours du Service de protection de l'adulte du 3 avril 2019 concluant principalement à l'annulation de la décision sur opposition du 1er mars 2019 ;

Vu la réponse du SPC du 28 avril 2019 concluant au rejet du recours ;

Vu enfin le courrier recommandé de la recourante, toujours représentée, du 21 mai 2019 déclarant retirer le recours ;

Qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.

PAR CES MOTIFS,

LA CHAMBRE DES ASSURANCES SOCIALES :
