PAR CES MOTIFS, LE TRIBUNAL CANTONAL DES ASSURANCES SOCIALES :

Statuant d’accord entre les parties

1. Donne acte à Madame T__________ de ce qu’elle s’engage à régler le montant des cotisations dues pour la période d’octobre 1995 à octobre 1996, soit 457 fr.

40, à raison de 50.-- fr. par mois, la première fois à fin septembre 2003.

2. L’y condamne en tant que de besoin.

3. Donne acte à l’OCAI de son accord sur ce qui précède.

4. Donne acte à l’OCAI de ce que, sitôt le versement ci-dessus effectué, il annulera sa décision du 9 septembre 2002.

5. L’y condamne en tant que de besoin.

6. Raye la cause du rôle.
