Que la procédure par-devant le Tribunal arbitral n'étant pas gratuite (cf. art. 46 de la loi cantonal d'application de LAMal du 29 mai 1997- LaLAMal), les frais du Tribunal de 100 fr., ainsi qu'un émolument de 100 fr., seront mis à la charge des parties à raison de la moitié chacune ;
