Qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.

PAR CES MOTIFS, LA CHAMBRE DES ASSURANCES SOCIALES :

1. Prend acte du retrait de la demande de révision.

2. Raye la cause du rôle.
