Claim Withdrawal and Procedural Costs in Social Insurance Dispute
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe claimant filed a payment claim against the social insurance office, which proceeded through several conciliation hearings and suspensions due to ongoing settlement negotiations regarding disputed costs after the main bill was settled. The claimant subsequently notified the court through their counsel that they were withdrawing their claim, leading the Arbitral Tribunal to formally acknowledge the withdrawal of the appeal. Consequently, the court ruled that the claimant must bear the procedural costs, including the Tribunal's fees of 200 Swiss Francs and an additional emolument of 100 Swiss Francs, based on the cantonal law concerning the application of the Health Insurance Act.
