Attendu que par courriers du 1er juillet 2002, l’Office cantonal AI (ci-après OCAI) a retourné au Centre de Psychologie Clinique à sa décharge deux notes d’honoraires datées du 1er mai 2002 concernant A. et D. H__________ , respectivement nés en 1989 et 1991 ;
Que le 8 août 2002 la Doctoresse G__________, du Centre de Psychologie Clinique, a prié la Commission cantonale de recours AVS-AI de bien vouloir revoir les décisions de l’OCAI ;
Qu’invité à se déterminer, l’OCAI a conclu à l’irrecevabilité du recours, ses courriers du 1er juillet 2002 ne constituant pas des décisions ;
Que le 23 juillet 2003, l’OCAI a informé la Commission de recours qu’il avait procédé à un réexamen du dossier et finalement pris en charge, rétroactivement au 20 juin 2001, les frais de psychothérapie dispensée par la Doctoresse G__________ à A. et D. H__________ ;
Que la Doctoresse G__________ s’est déclarée satisfaite, par courrier du 8 octobre 2003 ;
Considérant en droit que le « recours » interjeté auprès de la Commission cantonale de recours AVS-AI le 8 août 2002 devrait être déclaré irrecevable, puisqu’interjeté contre deux courriers du 1er juillet ne constituant pas des décisions au sens formel du terme ;
Que, quoi qu’il en soit, ce « recours » a été retiré ;
Qu’il convient dès lors d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle ;
PAR CES MOTIFS,
LE TRIBUNAL CANTONAL DES ASSURANCES SOCIALES :
Prend acte du retrait du « recours » ;
Raye la cause du rôle;
