Vu la demande en paiement déposée par les HOPITAUX UNIVERSITAIRES DE GENEVE (ci-après : HUG) en date du 11 octobre 2011 ;
Vu l’audience de conciliation du 11 novembre 2011 ;
Attendu que par courrier du 28 novembre 2011, GALENOS a déclaré avoir réglé la totalité des factures en suspens ;
Que par courrier du 1er février 2012, les HUG ont indiqué avoir reçu la totalité des montants dus par GALENOS en capital, intérêts et frais et que par conséquent ils retirent leur demande ;
Qu’il convient d’en prendre acte ;
Que la procédure par-devant le Tribunal arbitral n'étant pas gratuite (cf. art. 46 de la loi cantonal d'application de LAMal du 29 mai 1997- LaLAMal), les frais du Tribunal de 100 fr., ainsi qu'un émolument de 50 fr., seront mis à charge de GALENOS;
PAR CES MOTIFS,
LE TRIBUNAL ARBITRAL DES ASSURANCES :
Prend acte du retrait du recours.
Met les frais du Tribunal d’un montant de 100 fr. et un émolument de 50 fr. à la charge de GALENOS.
