Appellant v. Cantonal Compensation Fund (Restitution of Benefits)
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe appellant challenged a decision from the cantonal compensation fund demanding the restitution of supplementary benefits paid for his son between August and November 2002, primarily citing his father's financial difficulties as a reason against a single lump-sum repayment. Subsequently, the fund offered the appellant the possibility of repaying the owed amount in installments, which the appellant accepted, leading the Cantonal Social Insurance Tribunal to declare the appeal admissible, acknowledge the agreement reached between the parties, and subsequently strike the case from the record.

Généré par l'IAThis provision governs the imposition of costs, although it is not explicitly cited, the decision implies a disposition regarding costs by rendering the final orders, but since the dispositive does not explicitly cite any cost/legal aid article, and the main action is a procedural dismissal due to an agreement, the output must be based strictly on explicit citations in the dispositive.
