Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAAn individual appealed a decision by the social action and health center, subsequently confirmed by the social welfare authority, which reduced their granted financial aid payments under the individual social assistance law. The Cantonal Social Insurance Tribunal declared itself materially incompetent to judge the appeal because disputes concerning this specific law fall under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal, and therefore, the court ordered the immediate transmission of the appeal to the competent Administrative Tribunal as required by procedural law regarding the transfer of cases when jurisdiction is declined.

Attendu en fait que par décision du 16 février 2009, le Centre d'action sociale et de la santé (CASS) a réduit les prestations d'aide financière allouées à Monsieur L_________ ;
Que le 6 août 2009, l'HOSPICE GENERAL a, sur opposition, confirmé la décision du CASS; qu'il a indiqué qu'un recours pouvait être formé auprès du Tribunal administratif ;
