Généré par l'IAThis provision establishes the court's jurisdiction to hear the appeal, although the final decision acknowledges the withdrawal of the appeal.
This provision defines the types of disputes over which the court has jurisdiction, which is the subject matter of the initial appeal.
While not explicitly cited in the dispositive, the citation of the equivalent cantonal procedural law (which is implied by the decision format) or the general practice regarding costs/admissibility for withdrawals would usually be included if present. However, based strictly on the explicit citations in the numbered orders, no other procedural or substantive rule is cited besides those related to jurisdiction/competence (Art. 56V al. 1 let. a ch. 2 LOJ and Art. 56 LPGA) which frame the appeal itself, even if the decision is based on withdrawal.
