par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :

1. La cause I 709/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.

2. Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.

3. La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales.
