Visto che, con atto 3 gennaio 2000, N.________, rap-

presentato da suo padre R.________, ha dichiarato di riti-

rare il ricorso di diritto amministrativo del 19 novembre

1999 contro il giudizio incidentale relativo all'istanza

tendente alla concessione dell'effetto sospensivo prolato

il 10 novembre 1999 dal Tribunale cantonale delle assicura-

zioni (riguardo ad una decisione 14 settembre 1999 dell'Uf-

ficio dell'assicurazione invalidità del Cantone Ticino, in

materia di provvedimenti reintegrativi di ordine professio-

nale dell'assicurazione per l'invalidità),

il Tribunale federale delle assicurazioni

d e c i d e :

I. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli in seguito al ritiro

del ricorso.

II. Non si percepiscono spese giudiziarie.

III. La presente decisione sarà intimata alle parti, al

Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni, Lugano, e

all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali.
