A legal dispute arose when an individual submitted a case to the Federal Tribunal regarding invalidity insurance on December 20, 2007. The court noted that the application was deficient as it did not include the necessary arguments or the contested decision. Despite being asked to rectify these issues by January 14, 2008, the individual failed to provide the required judicial decision or address the formal deficiencies. Consequently, the court deemed the appeal manifestly insufficient and formally inadmissible.

Sentenza del 18 aprile 2008

II Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale U. Meyer, Presidente,

cancelliere Grisanti.

Parti

M.________,

ricorrente,

Oggetto

Assicurazione per l'invalidità,

Considerando:

108 cpv. 1 lett. a e b LTF ),

66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF),

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

Lucerna, 18 aprile 2008

del Tribunale federale svizzero
