Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

A person submitted a letter to the Federal Tribunal, challenging a decision made by the disability insurance office regarding their new application for benefits. The office had stated that the medical documents provided were insufficient to consider the request. The individual claimed the office failed to objectively assess their situation, asserting that their health issues would prevent employers from hiring them. However, the Tribunal determined that the individual's request was not properly directed at the previous court's decision and indicated that their challenge against that decision was submitted too late to be admissible, leading to the referral back to the disability insurance office for further handling of the application.

Art. 108 al. 1 let. a LTF

Arrêt du 27 décembre 2013

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition
