Withdrawal of appeal in old-age and survivors' insurance dispute after cantonal judgment
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Swiss Federal Supreme Court (II. Social Law Division, single judge) struck the case from the record because the appellant withdrew her appeal, thereby upholding the decision of the Administrative Court of Thurgau, which remains in force. The appellant had challenged that cantonal court’s decision in an old-age and survivors’ insurance (AHV) matter. The withdrawal led to the discontinuance of the proceedings, and in accordance with Article 66(2) of the Federal Supreme Court Act (BGG), the court ordered that no court costs be collected.
