Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a dispute related to old-age and survivors' insurance, where one party challenged the decision of the Cantonal Insurance Tribunal regarding the classification of a worker's employment status. The appellant argued against the characterization of the worker as a dependent employee, which stemmed from the worker's relationship with the appellant as the sole employer. The tribunal concluded that the appeal was not adequately substantiated, as the appellant failed to sufficiently engage with the key points of the initial ruling and did not demonstrate how the decision could be deemed arbitrary or contrary to legal standards. Consequently, the appeal was deemed inadmissible.

Oggetto
