Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal dispute regarding invalidity insurance between an individual and an office responsible for such insurance for residents living abroad. The individual filed an appeal against a decision made by the Federal Administrative Court. The appeal was submitted to the Federal Tribunal but was found to be inadmissible due to insufficient clarity in the arguments presented. Specifically, the tribunal noted that the appellant failed to adequately demonstrate how the previous ruling was incorrect or in violation of the law, primarily citing medical reports without providing substantial reasoning. Consequently, the appeal was declared inadmissible, and no court fees were imposed.

Arrêt du 27 décembre 2011

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge U. Meyer, Président.

Greffière: Mme Reichen.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourante,

contre
