The case involves a dispute regarding disability insurance where an individual challenged a decision made by the Office of Disability Insurance of a Swiss canton, which denied them the right to professional measures. After appealing this decision to the cantonal court, the individual subsequently submitted a federal complaint alleging a denial of justice when the cantonal court failed to issue a ruling. However, before the federal tribunal could make a decision, the individual chose to withdraw their complaint, resulting in the case being dismissed without judicial costs.

Ordonnance du 22 février 2013

IIe Cour de droit social

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Boinay, Juge suppléant.

Greffier: M. Bouverat.

Participants à la procédure

S.________,

représenté par Me Jean-Marie Agier, avocat,

recourant,

contre
