Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal appeal concerning disability insurance, where the appellant challenged a decision by the Federal Administrative Court dismissing their previous appeal as inadmissible due to significant procedural deficiencies, such as improper submission and lack of necessary formal requirements. The appeal submitted to the Federal Tribunal failed to address the specific reasons for the earlier ruling and did not meet the required standards for admissibility, ultimately leading to the decision that the appeal was inadmissible. No judicial costs were imposed in light of the circumstances surrounding the case.

Sentenza del 10 ottobre 2011

II Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale U. Meyer, Presidente,

cancelliere Grisanti.

Partecipanti al procedimento

M.________, Stati Uniti, patrocinato dalla Discover Wellness Health Association,

ricorrente,

contro

Ufficio AI per gli assicurati residenti all'estero, Avenue Edmond-Vaucher 18, 1203 Ginevra,

opponente.

Oggetto

66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF),

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3. Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale amministrativo federale,

Corte III, e all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali.

Lucerna, 10 ottobre 2011
