Legislator-Zusammenfassung

The case involves a legal dispute in which the individual challenged a decision made by the cantonal insurance tribunal regarding employer liability under social insurance law. The cantonal tribunal had previously rejected the individual's appeal, prompting them to file a further appeal to the federal tribunal. However, the individual submitted their appeal in German, while the original decision was in Italian, leading to procedural issues. The federal tribunal pointed out the inadequacies in the appeal, noting that it did not sufficiently address the reasons why the previous ruling was contrary to the law. Consequently, the tribunal deemed the appeal inadmissible due to lack of proper motivation.

Sentenza del 7 novembre 2007

II Corte di diritto sociale

Composizione

Giudice federale U. Meyer, presidente,

cancelliere Grisanti.

Parti

S.________,

ricorrente,

contro

Cassa cantonale di compensazione Servizio giuridico, via Ghiringhelli 15a, 6500 Bellinzona,

opponente,

Oggetto

66 cpv. 1 LTF ),

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2. Non si percepiscono spese giudiziarie.

3. Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino, all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali, all'avv. Maura Colombo, e all'avv. Roberta Zucca.

Lucerna, 7 novembre 2007

U. Meyer Grisanti
