Old-Age and Survivors Insurance appeal inadmissible for failure to substantiate factual or legal errors
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Swiss Federal Supreme Court, acting through its single judge, declared the appeal inadmissible and upheld the prior decision of the Cantonal Insurance Court of Aargau, which remains in force. The appellant had filed a complaint against the cantonal court's June 21, 2011 ruling concerning the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance scheme, challenging a decision by the cantonal compensation office. The Court found that the appeal failed to meet the minimum formal requirements of Article 42(1) and (2) of the Federal Supreme Court Act, because the appellant did not sufficiently explain how the factual findings were incorrect (per Article 97(1) BGG) or how the legal reasoning breached the law. In accordance with Article 108(1)(b) and (2) BGG, the Court proceeded under the simplified procedure and ordered no judicial costs to be levied.
