Swiss invalidity insurance appeal withdrawn — case struck from roll with reduced court costs under Article 32(2) LTF.
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe Federal Supreme Court struck the case from the roll after the appellant withdrew its appeal against a cantonal insurance court decision; the withdrawal left the lower court’s judgment in force. The dispute concerned an invalidity insurance matter, specifically a challenge by the cantonal disability insurance office to a ruling in favor of the insured claimant. The decisive legal basis was the withdrawal provision, Article 32(2) of the Federal Supreme Court Act, read with Article 71 of that Act and Article 73(1) of the Federal Code of Civil Procedure; the court ordered reduced court costs of 200 Swiss francs against the withdrawing appellant.
