Claimant Withdraws Appeal After Legal Aid Refusal
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a legal dispute regarding disability insurance benefits, wherein a party appealed against a decision made by the local disability insurance office that had revoked their entitlement to a disability pension. The appeal was initially rejected by the Cantonal Court's social insurance division. Subsequently, the appellant filed a public law appeal, seeking assistance in covering procedural costs and requesting the appointment of a legal representative. However, the federal court denied the request for judicial assistance, and later the appellant opted to withdraw the appeal, seeking a refund of mistakenly paid fees. Consequently, the case was removed from the court's agenda without incurring any judicial costs.
