The case involves an appeal filed against a decision made by a social security office regarding disability insurance for individuals residing abroad. The appeal was initiated by the applicant following a judgment from an administrative tribunal, but was submitted after the deadline for filing appeals had passed. Consequently, the appeal was deemed inadmissible due to the failure to meet the stipulated time frame, which is critical in administrative legal procedures.
